The individual you nominated will receive a congratulatory email with information about the event and instructions on what will take place the day of the event. Nominees will also receive a personalized invitation that can be used on social media.

Leader Luncheon is YWCA Elgin’s primary fundraising event. Funds from the event are used to develop and expand programming and advocacies for women and families’ economic self-sufficiency with a clear commitment to the elimination of racism and the empowerment of women. Because this event is a fundraiser, it is customary for the nominator to purchase a reservation for their nominee, but it is not required. Please let us know if you plan on purchasing a reservation for your nominee.
