The YWCA Elgin is a proud sponsor of the 2023 Juneteenth Cultural Festival, brought to you by the African-American Coalition of Kane County and the City of Elgin. The YWCA Elgin’s youth participants will be volunteering at the event and performing a dance routine.
We hope you will join the celebration at Festival Park on June 17th starting at 11 am. The event will include an incredible lineup of musical performances, a kid zone, delicious food, a beer garden, and vendor booths.
